Compensation:$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Train Daily on 12 Month Business Growth Plan
- Oversee and track the marketing for each plan
- Plan Timing and Execution of Each System
Focus:
- Referral Marketing System
- Usings Listings to Get More Listings
- Using Buyers to Get More Listings
- Direct Mail Systems
- More Ads More Places More Often
- Marketing for House Tours
- Free Ad Systems
- Track the lead response for each plan
- Knowledge of direct response marketing
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Good phone skills
- Motivated to help the team improve sales
