Recruiter (Staffing & Talent Acquisition)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about matching top talent with great opportunities.

Essential Job Functions

Continue to foster and maintain current business relationships
Assist in building new business development opportunities
Source and recruit top talent using various platforms and strategies
Conduct candidate interviews (in-person, phone, and virtual)
Manage and support associates throughout their assignments
Quickly fill job orders with urgency while maintaining quality ⏱
Complete employment verifications, background checks , and additional HR duties as needed
Perform inside sales activities to support client growth and retention

Job Requirements

Availability to work 40+ hours per week
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
MUST be team-oriented and collaborative
Strong data entry and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Bi-lingual is a plus , but not required
