Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Team Leadership and Development: Manages and mentors the supplier quality team, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth. Quality Improvement Strategies: Develops and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and mitigating risks. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and optimize supplier performance. Performance Metrics Analysis: Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Key Skills: Supplier Quality Management: Expertise in overseeing and enhancing supplier quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams, including performance management and professional growth. Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and executing quality strategies aligned with business objectives and operational needs. Operational Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying and resolving technical and operational quality issues with broad departmental impact. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how supplier quality integrates with other business functions to drive overall performance. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze quality metrics and data to inform strategic and operational decisions. Communication: Effective in conveying expectations and quality requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications essential for supplier operations. Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential quality risks within the supply chain and implementing mitigation strategies.
