A walk-in clinic in Massachusetts is seeking a physician to join their team. This opportunity offers a supportive clinical environment designed to promote work-life balance, allowing providers to focus on patient care. The role is outpatient-only within an urgent care setting, providing a chance to practice medicine in a culturally rich community. Practice Info * Walk-in clinic * Urgent Care * Outpatient-only position Compensation * Competitive compensation package * Competitive salary depends on experience plus bonus * This site also qualifies for loan repayment * Annual salary range: $210,000 - $220,000 Benefits * Medical/dental/vision benefits * 403(b) with matching * Federal tort malpractice insurance * Life insurance/disability * 4 weeks of vacation * 3 personal days * 5 sick days * 11 paid holidays * 5 days of CME with stipend * Relocation assistance Shift & Schedule * Work 32 clinical hours and 4 hours for admin per week Requirements * Must be board certified/eligible in family medicine, emergency med or med-ped
