We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced tax office. This role requires someone who can manage front desk responsibilities while also helping maintain internal organization, communication flow, and critical deadlines.

This position is best suited for a candidate who is professional, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Be available Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n
• Able to work extended hours during tax season
\n
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
\n
• High proficiency in Outlook
\n

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet clients professionally
\n
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily office flow
\n
• Monitor and manage email communication
\n
• Help maintain calendar deadlines and follow-up priorities
\n
• Organize client files and documentation accurately
\n
• Support client communication and internal office coordination
\n
• Ensure important tasks are completed on time and nothing falls behind
\n
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
\n

• Experience in a tax, accounting, legal, or other professional office strongly preferred
