Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor
Seeking: Licensed LCSW
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
- Support clinicians with: Group facilitation skills and interventions, Case consultation and treatment planning, Documentation and compliance, as well as Ethical and clinical decision-making
- Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
- Monitor quality and effectiveness of group programming
- Provide feedback and coaching to enhance group engagement and outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services and protocols
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license (California)
- Minimum 2+ years post-licensure
- Experience supervising clinicians and/or leading group therapy
- Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Passion for mentorship and team development
Schedule:
- 1–10 hours per week
- Flexible based on your availability
- Optional in-person component
