Supportive Housing Case Manager - Stabilization & Advocacy

Housing Forward is seeking a Housing Case Manager to coordinate direct case management and stabilization services for clients in the Supportive Housing Program. Key responsibilities include providing advocacy, crisis intervention, and ensuring clients' retention in permanent housing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social service, excellent case management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
