Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate care to clients throughout the Deerfield and North Shore area. What We Offer * Flexible scheduling with AM, PM, overnight, weekend, and 12-hour shifts available * Opportunities for ongoing and recurring assignments * Paid orientation and required training * Supportive recruitment and scheduling team * Opportunities to work with clients throughout the North Shore area Caregiver Responsibilities * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming * Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Medication reminders * Companionship and engagement * Assist with client routines and safety * Provide reliable, compassionate care according to the client’s care plan Qualifications * 18 years of age or older * At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience * Experience in home care, CNA/HHA, assisted living, nursing home, DSP, or a similar setting * Reliable transportation to client assignments * Ability to provide hands-on personal care * Strong communication and reliability * Willingness to work a consistent schedule based on client needs Experience We Value We are especially interested in caregivers with experience with: * Dementia/memory care * Transfers and mobility assistance * Hoyer lifts and gait belts * Bathing and personal care * Overnight or 12-hour shifts * Hospice or end-of-life care * Live-in caregiving * Couples care Location Deerfield/North Shore, IL We serve clients throughout the surrounding North Shore communities, including areas such as Deerfield, Northbrook, Glenview, Wilmette, Winnetka, Highland Park, Evanston, and surrounding areas.
