About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in leading daily operations, developing employees, and ensuring every guest receives the exceptional service that defines the S.N.O.B . experience. You will be responsible for creating a positive culture where team members feel supported, inspired, and empowered to succeed.

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• Value hospitality, excellence and integrity.
• Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate. If you do not please visit: to attain before applying.
• Works to recruit, develop, "coach and teach" the staff
• Build sales, control costs and help create memories for all our guests
• A training background, and solid P&L skills are a plus
• Candidate must be a true believer in the company and its product and be able to share their passion with our guests and colleagues
• Must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Composed problem-solving ability
• Minimum 5 plus years comparable restaurant experience as a Manager
