Door to Door B2B Sales Representative

Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Door to Door B2B Sales Representative to generate and qualify leads for our Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software solutions. The BDR will focus on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, working closely with Account Executives to drive new merchant acquisition. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential SMB clients (retailers, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.) Make in-person outreach to generate interest Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness Schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM Follow up with prospects consistently to move them through the pipeline Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and appointment-setting targets Research local markets and identify high‑potential merchant segments Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events. Required Qualifications Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling Goal‑oriented and performance‑driven mindset Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience in POS, payments, SaaS, telecom, or SMB sales Prior BDR / SDR / inside sales experience Familiarity with subscription‑based pricing models Local market knowledge and merchant outreach experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary + performance‑based commissions/bonuses Sales training and ongoing coaching Incentives and contests based on performance KPIs / Success Metrics Daily outbound calls / outreach activity Qualified meetings booked per week Lead‑to‑meeting conversion rate Contribution to closed deals (team‑based) Role is for Enjoys outbound sales and lead generation Wants to build a career in POS / fintech / SaaS sales Is hungry to learn and grow into a closing role.
