Senior Product Manager (AI & eCommerce Logistics) Location: Lakewood, NJ (Hybrid preferred) Employment Type: Full-time About Shippiz Shippiz is building the next generation of shipping and fulfillment technology for eCommerce businesses. Our platform connects merchants with leading carriers, marketplaces, and fulfillment providers through a modern, API-first platform that simplifies shipping operations at scale. As we expand our product portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help define and lead the future of our products, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven experiences. About the Role This is a highly strategic role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution while working closely with engineering, design, and customers to build products that delight users and solve real business problems. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in the eCommerce shipping and fulfillment industry who has helped build products for shipping, fulfillment, or multi-carrier aggregation platforms. What You’ll Do Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the Shippiz platform. Partner closely with the CEO to define the company’s next generation of products. Work daily with our engineering team to translate ideas into clear product requirements and successful releases. Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and data. Define user journeys, workflows, and product functionality. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools such as Figma. Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value. Drive execution from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Shape our AI strategy by identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI, automation, intelligent workflows, and AI agents throughout our products. Stay ahead of industry trends in eCommerce, fulfillment, logistics, and artificial intelligence. What We’re Looking For Required 7 years of Product Management experience. Experience building B2B SaaS products. Extensive experience in the shipping, fulfillment, or logistics technology industry. Strong background with shipping and fulfillment aggregation platforms, multi‑carrier shipping solutions, or enterprise shipping software. Deep… ? Proven experience owning products from idea through launch . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong UX mindset with the ability to create wireframes, user flows, and polished UI designs in Figma or similar tools . Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment . Nice to Have Experience with carrier APIs (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other global carriers). Experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or other commerce platforms . Familiarity with AI products, LLMs, AI agents, MCP, prompt engineering, and workflow automation . Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams . Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS startups . What Success Looks Like In your first year, you will: Define and execute the product roadmap for the Shippiz platform. Launch multiple customer-facing features that improve shipping workflows. Lead the design and development of AI-powered capabilities across our platform. Help define entirely new products that expand beyond shipping into broader logistics and commerce automation.
