Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Ensure accurate completion and submission of annuity applications, transfers, and state-required forms. Transaction Review: Verify transfers, exchanges, rollovers, and related paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Fund Application: Accurately apply funds, record transaction details, tax years, and cost basis information. Issue Resolution: Address action items resulting from phone calls, escalations, or rejected paperwork. Communication: Contact financial professionals, company representatives, and other parties to obtain outstanding requirements while maintaining a favorable company image. Support: Assist financial professionals, contract owners, and internal partners with complex questions regarding annuity contract provisions, status, and transaction details. Project Management: Take on various tasks or projects that utilize your knowledge and expertise. Qualifications Education: Aptitude for continuing education and professional development. Independence: Ability to work independently without constant supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Skills: Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills. Communication: Ability to prepare clear, professional business correspondence.
