Autism Behavior Technician

At Caravel Autism Health we're not just offering jobs - we're offering purpose, connection, and the chance to be the difference in a child's life.
As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old (typically towards the younger range). Why Join Caravel?- No experience required - we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
- No RBT? $17-18
- Obtained your RBT? Start between $19-$20 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT with additional pay raises
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance
- 401(k) with company match

- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:30p)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
