Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at a Fortune 500 Title Insurance company. Our team is responsible for the marketing efforts of several commercial and residential title brands under the Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) umbrella. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing coordinators to develop design concepts. Create graphics, layouts, and visual content for various digital and print media. Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects and marketing materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the team. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh and relevant. Qualifications This role operates in the Central Time Zone. Texas residency is a plus, but not a requirement. Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience required. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Expert in PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 products. Familiarity with Canva. Video editing experience. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive and can-do attitude. Exposure to a variety of design projects Comprehensive benefits package (details provided during hiring process). $45,000 - $55,000 + discretionary quarterly bonuses after 90 days have passed. Typical bonuses range from $1k to $3k but are up to manager discretion.
