Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist in the scoring and interpretation of psychometric assessments, providing valuable insights to support the treating therapist.

• Conduct supervision sessions in conjunction with the site supervisor to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality care.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical discussions to stay current with best practices and organizational updates.

• Familiarize oneself with agency resources, policies, and procedures through ongoing orientation and professional development.

• Prepare for client sessions by reviewing past notes and conducting relevant research to inform therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in peer supervision sessions, which may include evaluating recorded sessions and collaborative seminar preparations.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with both written and electronic documentation standards.

• Coordinate with partner agencies to unify client services and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Conduct client consultations and work collaboratively with other agency professionals to optimize care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
