CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithonia area. This is a long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requires total personal care, and dedicated clinical attention.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting
• Hoyer Lift
• Perform total personal care and maintenance
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Experience working with IDD clients
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
