We specialize in multifamily and commercial roofing projects , working directly with property managers, ownership groups, HOAs, and asset managers on reroofing, capital improvement, and portfolio-wide projects. Capital City Roofing is a Platinum Patron Member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, member of the Georgia Apartment Association, and member of the National Apartment Association with access to top level networking and business development events. We are also certified with GAF, CertainTeed, and GenFlex for Steep and Low slope roofing systems. This role is not for beginners. It is designed for elite sales professionals who want unlimited upside, autonomy, and the ability to build a six-figure-plus income without a salary cap. The Opportunity This is a 100% commission-based hunter role for experienced closers who can generate, manage, and close their own pipeline. You will own the full sales cycle and be rewarded directly for performance. You will have access to the best tools and systems in the industry to accomplish your goals. What You’ll Do Prospect and close multifamily and commercial roofing deals Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, developers, and ownership groups Conduct inspections and lead consultative sales conversations Sell reroofing, repairs, maintenance, and capital projects Manage longer sales cycles with multiple decision-makers Work directly with leadership, estimating, and production teams Who This Is For Proven closers with multifamily, commercial roofing, or construction sales experience Self-starters who thrive in commission-only environments Sales professionals comfortable selling large-ticket projects ($50K–$500K+) Hunters who want uncapped income and full ownership of results Compensation 100% Commission – Uncapped Highest commission percentages with strong operational support Realistic earning potential: $200,000+ annually for top performers Location If you need a salary, this role is not a fit.
