Emergency Room - ER RN - Travel Nurse

Join TotalMed as an Emergency Room (ER) RN Travel Nurse in Hyannis, MA. We need 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience to fill an immediate opening. Responsibilities Evaluate, triage, and implement patient care using correct procedures and physician instructions. Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries. Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor emotional and physical well‑being. Clean and bandage wounds. Provide IV therapy. Maintain supplies and medical equipment. Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies. Provide basic bedside care. Qualifications 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty; lift 20 pounds easily and up to 50 pounds when necessary.
