Delivery Consultant, Full Stack Development (ServiceNow) Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You’ll Do As a Delivery Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for: Supporting the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM). Configuring and developing end‑to‑end processes including incidents/requests/problems/changes (ITSM), HR cases and services (HRSD), and customer cases and workflows (CSM) using Flow Designer/Workflow, SLAs, notifications, and assignment logic. Developing platform components and user experiences with business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, knowledge bases, and portals/workspaces as applicable. Building integrations and data movement for ITSM/HRSD/CSM using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import sets/transform maps with monitoring and error handling. Executing testing and releases through unit testing, peer reviews, UAT support, and deployment activities following SDLC and change‑management controls. Travel Requirement: maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
