Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated Radiation Oncology RN in Bethesda, MD with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients receiving radiation therapy, including assessment, education, and symptom management.
• Monitor and manage treatment-related side effects and complications, communicating changes in patient condition to the oncology team.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate individualized treatment plans and support patients throughout their course of therapy.

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• 2 years of radiation oncology experience OR ambulatory care, with ability to start IV’s, blood draws, and access ports
• BLS – American Heart Association
