Position: Warehouse Manager

Multiple Location: Janesville/Beloit/Rockford/Madison/Brodhead, WI

Job Type: Direct Hire.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
5+ years of shipping and warehouse management experience preferred.
Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
Experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, agricultural equipment, or farming environments preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role will lead warehouse and shipping operations while ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective material movement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, inventory, shipping, and distribution operations.
Supervise warehouse and shipping employees and daily facility operations.
Develop and maintain supply chain strategies and operational goals.
Ensure accurate inventory control and accountability for materials and finished goods.
Optimize personnel, equipment, safety, productivity, and warehouse processes.
Coordinate timely shipment of finished products.
