Seeking an experienced Hospice RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Petoskey area.
Position Highlights:

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend rotation required; no on-call.
• Coverage area: Petoskey, East Jordan, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, and Mancelona, with potential coverage toward Mackinaw City.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Mileage reimbursement available.

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs during initial visits.
• Provide skilled nursing care and symptom management in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to support comfort and quality of life.

• Minimum 2 years of hospice nursing experience required.
• Active Michigan RN license required at submission.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Home Care Home Base experience required.
• OASIS experience preferred.
