Remote Medicare Stars Clinical Pharmacist Lead

Humana Inc. seeks a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to autonomously develop and manage clinical program strategies for Medicare members.

This remote role focuses on improving medication adherence and appropriate use of medications while collaborating with the Pharmacy Stars team to enhance member safety metrics. The position requires PharmD or RPh, active licensure, 5+ years in managed care or pharmacy, and strong communication and project management skills.
