As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will: Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, internal communications, web content, and promotional materials Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption writing, coordination with creative assets, and performance tracking Help execute and optimize email marketing strategies, including drafting content, coordinating sends, and tracking engagement metrics Support the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels Assist with internal and external campaign launches, including employment branding, events, and company‑wide initiatives Help maintain brand consistency across messaging, tone, and voice for Supportworks and its portfolio of brands Get the chance to work for a company consistently recognized as one of the Top5 Best Places to Work in Omaha—most recently in2025! Education and Experience 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content coordination A combination of education (marketing, communications, journalism, or related degree preferred) and experience that demonstrates strong marketing fundamentals Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative teams and leadership Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Who We Are Foundation Supportworks: A leader in foundation and concrete repair products, empowering a network of contractors across North America.
