Contract | Nights | Flex Shift (17:00–05:30 or 19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hours per week available | Every other weekend and holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department setting
• Adapt to flex shift scheduling within designated night shift windows
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliated campuses based on census and skill set, including high-risk respiratory units; candidate must be comfortable floating with no restrictions
• Document all patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Complete required lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License or active compact RN license (license not required at time of application but must be obtained prior to contract start)
• BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• CPI, AVADE, or CalmEveryStorm certification required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
• Comfort with floating to multiple units or campus locations based on operational needs
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
