Registered Nurse (RN) - Boonsboro, MarylandWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in care and services.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedAssess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary teamSupervise and support CNAs and LPNs as neededDocument accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)Follow all policies and procedures of the facilityServe as charge nurse when assignedParticipate in quality assurance and performance improvement activitiesAttend all required educational activities and meetingsMaintain confidentiality of resident and facility informationDemonstrate respect of resident rights and dignityQualifications:Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or MultistateCPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus, but we will train the right candidateStrong communication and critical thinking skillsA team-player mindset with a passion for patient-centered careWhy Join Us?Competitive Pay: $36 - $43 HOURLYSupportive, family-like team environmentCareer advancement opportunities – We promote from within!Daily PayAbout Us:South Mountain Rehab Center is located in historic Boonsboro and is nestled at the foot of South Mountain, between Hagerstown and Frederick.
