Regional Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Overview Brown & Brown is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner for a Remote role. The Partner will screen, source, attract, recruit, and interview candidates to meet staffing needs across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Serve as an expert recruiter for assigned area/region, staying informed on market salaries, benefits, and staffing trends. Partner with hiring team leaders to determine staffing needs and clarify job requirements. Collaborate with Regional Team Resources teammates to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires. Follow up with candidates and hiring leaders on interview process status. Develop creative recruitment strategies for high visibility and candidate attraction. Leverage online networking, job boards, community events, career fairs, professional networks, internal referrals, and local media to source candidates. Maintain an internal database of qualified candidates. Screen resumes, administer assessments and reference/background checks, and make hire recommendations. Assist in delivering employment offers for exempt and non‑exempt positions. Support internal hiring efforts by evaluating existing teammates for other roles. Build and maintain relationships with internal team leaders and external clients to achieve staffing goals. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Manage resumes and applications following Brown & Brown retention policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting or placement firm.
