Position / Specialty: RN L&D Shift: 3x12s, 7a-730p. No block scheduling Call Requirements: N/A Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facility's discretion. Guaranteed Hours: 36 Years of experience REQ: 2+ years - Resource must have high risk (level 3) OB experience Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, NIHSS Certs Pref: AWHONN Advanced Locals accepted: Yes - locals preferred. Mileage radius is within 75 miles of the facility. Local BR is $5 lower. Pending License accepted: No Hospital Highlights Level 1 Trauma Center Scrub Color: Any color Charting: Cerner Compliance deadline is the Monday, the week before orientation, by close of business. Additional Compliance details: Candidate must be responsive and provide ETAs for all required items Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting an assignment If unresponsive or unable to meet these expectations, the candidate may be at risk of not continuing the assignment Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 4 hours Modules are completed pre-start Any modules completed while on assignment, including LMS/annual module requirements are billable
