In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting personalized estate plans that ensure our clients' wishes are met and their loved ones are protected. Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is an education-first law firm based in Cary that provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. We are a passionate and diverse group of people who believe that doing the right thing is the best way to help our clients. CFEP has been around for over a decade and is currently growing at a significant pace. We are building a team of enthusiastic, fun, compassionate people to help clients build better lives using the services we provide. Responsibilities Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection. Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals. Effectively communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services. Qualifications You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor. Proficient in legal research and writing.
