Meet & Close Clients

Meet clients in person, consult, and close deals backed by team support.

3-5 in-person appointments with motivated buyers are provided per week. Do what you got your real estate license to do: consult on goals, show homes, and close — strong earnings for driven, professional agents with support provided.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• 3–6 home sales/month (or pipeline equivalent), high client satisfaction, steady referral flow
• $150,000+ expected annual net income (commission-driven; details provided during interview)

What you’ll do:

• Meet with prospective clients and conduct in-person consultations
• Show properties and guide buyers to purchase
• Provide consultative, client-first service and ask for referrals
• Close 3 or more deals per month
• Earn $150,000+ net income annually
• Close more deals in less time with less stress and earn a rewarding income

What you bring (must-haves):

• Texas real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong work ethic and client-service skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Nice-to-haves:

• Proven closing history or local market knowledge
• Bilingual Spanish speaker
