PER DIEM MUSIC OR RECREATION OR ART THERAPIST

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on assigned units, including Creative Therapy group sessions and doctor‑ordered individual assessment sessions. Complete Creative Therapy documentation, including assessments, group summaries, and billing within time constraints. Serve as a member of the treatment team. Apply principles of growth/development for adolescent patients and age‑specific needs of geriatric patients. Qualifications Music Therapist: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Music Therapist. Recreation Therapist: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school and Board Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Art Therapist: Master’s Degree from an accredited school and Registered Art Therapist. Weekend availability required. Strong communication and documentation skills. Inpatient psychiatric experience and ability to work with large groups preferred.
