Line Cook - Full Time

Epic Pizza and Subs | 1711A South 9th Street

Join our dynamic kitchen team at Epic Pizza and Subs, where we pride ourselves on delivering delicious meals in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in food preparation and ensuring our culinary standards are met, all while working alongside a passionate team committed to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring all food is made to order and meets our standards.
Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization at your assigned station, following all food safety protocols and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service and a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a busy setting.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
