Job description:

Aerotek is hiring Entry-Level Traffic Controllers (Flaggers) to support roadway and utility crews across Allentown/Reading . No experience needed, just reliability and a willingness to work outdoors!

Job Highlights:

• Pay: Start at $16/hr, raise to $18/hr after 6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6AM–4PM
• Start Date: Within 1 week of applying!

Responsibilities:

• Safely direct traffic around construction zones
• Set up and manage traffic control signage
• Support crews with utility locating and equipment operations
• Ensure safety compliance and clear communication on site

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Strong English communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
