Inside Sales Center Representative
We are looking to hire dynamic Call Center Representatives who are friendly, money-motivated, sales orientated & computer savvy.
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
- Set qualified sales appointments.
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.
- Experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.
- General computer knowledge (MS office Word, Excel) & internet savvy.
- Always looking for an opportunity to increase sales, improve customer service skills or impact the success of the company.
