· Schedule: 7am - 5pp + Night Call
· Practice Setting: inpatient
· Type of cases and required procedures: General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner cases
· Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
· Certifications required: Board Certified and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
· Licensure required: Arizona/ Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
