Internal Controller Intern

Summary The Internal Controller Intern will support the execution and monitoring of the Group’s internal control processes at an operational level within the finance function. This hands‑on role provides practical experience in control testing, reconciliations, risk assessment, ERP optimization, and reporting while working alongside experienced finance professionals. Responsibilities Assist in implementing, testing, and refining internal control procedures across financial and operational domains. Support regular control testing and document results to assess control effectiveness. Help ensure month-end and year-end processes are secured with accurate reconciliations. Contribute to targeted risk assessments and support mitigation initiatives related to financial reporting and compliance. Aid in fraud prevention and detection activities by testing controls and identifying vulnerabilities. Support ERP optimization and process improvement efforts and contribute to clear, actionable reporting on control effectiveness. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems and basic data analysis is desirable.
