Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Laurinburg, NC (28352)
We're hiring an experienced Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Laurinburg, NC (28352)! If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and have apartment maintenance experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and make-readies
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally
- Turn vacant apartments for new move-ins
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Assist with the overall maintenance and appearance of the community
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
