If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Receiving Lead located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Receiving Lead is responsible for leading the work of others and participates in work related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat a typical day looks like:Coordinates the activities of subordinatesEnsures accurate, up-to-date records of inventory in stockroom and daily operations; completes necessary forms or paperwork for documentationExamines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify; fills out appropriate forms or documentsFills orders and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions, prepares requisitions and computes costs; keeps records of storeroom inventoryUpdate the status of the materials and ETAs in the ERP system to provide visibility to downstream processesTracks material shortages and maintain a complete material shortage report along with resolution status on those itemsInterfaces and coordinates with various department to resolve material and capacity constraintsNotify appropriate internal teams (project managers, production managers, etc.) of any issues and material shortages that could potentially affect productionManage the log for material borrows between projects and get appropriate visibilityPerform other related duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High School Diploma or equivalent4+ years' experience in planning, production, inventory, or expeditingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an MRP/ERP SystemPhysical Requirements:Periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computerMust be able to lift to 35 pounds at a time.Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floorWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementApplication Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
