Qualifications & Responsibilities We're looking for individuals who: Are fluent in reading, writing, understanding, and typing in Vietnamese (vi_VN). Can accurately transcribe spoken Vietnamese into written text while following formatting, grammar, and punctuation guidelines. Review and proofread transcripts to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness. Have a typing speed of 40+ WPM in Vietnamese (preferred). Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and both Mac and PC platforms. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Are 18 years or older, authorized to work in the United States, and possess a high school diploma (or equivalent). Have reliable transportation to work on-site in our Orlando, FL office.
