Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Set up CNC machines, including selecting and installing tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices, and performing changeovers as required.
• Perform program edits at the machine using G and M codes to optimize machining operations and ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet tight tolerances of ±0.001 inch.

This is a Permanent position based out of Blue Ash, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
