RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
- Visit Realtors and Lenders in the community to share our services.
- Create deliverable content for team to share with customers.
- Coordinate and hold community events to pass out information, swag, etc.
- Able to make presentations to referral partners and business owners
- Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
- Self-motivated
- People-oriented
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
