Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of guest service associates to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of guest services, implementing improvements as needed.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations at all times.
Prior experience in a similar role
Marriott brand experience preferred
