$23.82 hourly
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of guest service associates to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain the quality of guest services, implementing improvements as needed.
Train and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role
Marriott brand experience preferred
