Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) Positions: 1099 with option to transition to a W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance). Responsibilities As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will have the opportunity to: Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
