Automotive Used Car Sales Manager CarGuys Inc. is recruiting for this role to manage automotive used car sales at a dealership partner. Responsibilities Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team through accountability management principles. Supervise training, development, discipline, and appraisal of sales consultants and other departmental employees. Maintain and promote customer and owner satisfaction. Review forecasting of unit sales and gross profit. Oversee management of new and used vehicle operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple items at once. Strong attention to detail. Proven Track Record High CSI and sales volume. Long-term stability in previous employment. Product knowledge and a passion for being involved in deals, not merely administering numbers.
