We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Automotive Detailer to join our New and Used Vehicle Detail Department. This position is primarily responsible for preparing new vehicles for customer delivery while maintaining the highest standards of appearance and quality.
As a high-volume dealership, we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing outstanding results, works efficiently, and consistently delivers a showroom-quality finish.
Compensation$17.00–$20.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
ScheduleFull-Time (42 hours per week)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays are required and are one of our busiest days.
- Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of new vehicles, with occasional used vehicle preparation
- Prepare vehicles to dealership standards for customer delivery
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
- Safely move and stage vehicles as needed
- Follow established detailing procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with the Detail Department and Sales Team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive detailing experience
- Experience with machine buffing and paint correction is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Takes pride in producing exceptional work every day
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
