Job Description
Here at C3, we are passionate about using our talents for God’s purposes, and that’s why we’ve dedicated our careers to a ministry, not just a job title. We strive to pursue growth, lead change, and engage quality. We laugh hard and honor God with integrity!
Our Substitute Preschool Teachers are dependable, caring individuals who love working with children ages 2–6. We’re looking for flexible team players who enjoy being part of a supportive team, collaborating with others, and stepping into different classrooms as needed.

Applicant Requirements:
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and willingness to model Biblical priorities and the core values of C3.
- Successful completion of a C3-initiated background check.
- Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, or ministry setting.
- Dependable and able to work scheduled substitute shifts as committed.
- Flexible and comfortable stepping into different classrooms, age groups, and routines.
- Ability to follow established lesson plans, classroom expectations, and preschool procedures.
- A positive, collaborative approach to working with teachers and preschool staff.
You’ll be happy if you enjoy:
- Variety and flexibility in your workday.
- Being a positive influence in the lives of children.
- Helping children stay engaged, learning, and successful in the classroom.
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Stepping in where needed and helping maintain consistency for students.
- Creating a welcoming environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
