• ?Assesses patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. ?
• Assesses patient environment for any safety risks and/or non-compliance with regulatory standards. ?
• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention. ?
• Assesses patient condition for signs and symptoms of abuse or neglect. Reports any indications of abuse or neglect to medical provider(s), nurse leader, and/or appropriate agency. 
• Serves as an example of professional nursing practice and promotes pride in nursing for the organization, the community, and the health care industry. ?
• Demonstrates caring and empathy in all interactions and advocates for patient- and family-centered approach in all decisions and actions. 
• ?Engages in evidence-based best practices that enhance the patient experience, including SAFETY rounding, bedside shift report, communication fundamentals/AIDET, Teach-Back, Narrating Care, etc. ?
• Articulates a clear understanding of how to integrate patient experience behaviors into quality, safety, and nursing practice. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
• No Travel Required 
• No experience Required Years of Experience
