Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. -They do not have to have transplant experience since this is outpatient. We need someone willing to jump in and help!

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Two (2) or more years of transplant experience
• Worked with United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Primarily a desk job with needed computer skills Potential clinic days with rooming and assessing patients WebEx meetings PRN

Best personality Fit: Flexibility in patient assignments (pre, waitlist, and/or post solid organ transplant patients). Maintains caring and compassionate demeanor while caring for complex patient psychosocial needs.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal blue scrubs or business casual
