If you enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and using your hands-on expertise to make a difference, you'll find a supportive and rewarding environment with us.A Maintenance Mechanic who excels in this role:Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of hospital facilities and building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utility infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operations.Execute preventative maintenance activities in accordance with the facility's maintenance management program and regulatory standards.Respond to maintenance service requests and work orders in a timely manner while minimizing disruption to patient care, clinical operations, and hospital services.Assist with facility improvement projects including alterations, remodeling, minor construction, and equipment installation in compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures.Support fire and life safety programs by participating in inspections, drills, and corrective actions in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, preventative maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and completed work orders.Collaborate with Plant Operations leadership and other departments to ensure compliance with safety policies, emergency preparedness procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
