Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Facility: Sinai Hospital (Life Bridge Health)
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift - 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a high-performing surgical team. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties while supporting advanced procedures in a fast-paced, trauma-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate patient care in the Operating Room
Circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
Assist surgical team with instrumentation, equipment, and procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
Handle specimen labeling and documentation accurately
Respond effectively to emergency situations (code response, trauma cases)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including radiology, pharmacy, and respiratory services

Required Qualifications
Active Maryland RN License or Compact License
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required
Completion of 16-hour Maryland-approved trauma course (within required timeline)
8-hour annual trauma CEUs - Required
Strong experience in trauma and surgical procedures
Ability to work night shifts and take on-call duties as needed
